PCI has mandated a revised NEP 2020-aligned syllabus for all approved institutions from the 2026-27 session. Alongside the classical pharmacy subjects, it introduces computing, data science and AI throughout the programme — Python, machine learning, data analytics and AI applications are now core courses.
